I know I am in need for help . However I had a few interviews today . I was told I can come back with a filled out application. It was Mentioned to me that they close at five. I rush across town to drop off the application and it’s route now 4:26 PM and the doors are locked and they close at five. It would’ve known they could close early. I would’ve not rushed through traffic to get here.
I got immediate service they have a drop off for your paperwork work if you can’t make it in time to get in building. The worker was kind and friendly and made sure to tell me when and where my telephone appointment would be. The security officer gave me paper. Clips for my paperwork so it would not be lost . So. Very kind
This place is literally pathetic they don’t answer their phones at all even tho I’ve have a case worker I’m placed on hold for 4 hours plus a day before I eventually hang up this place is a fraud.
Went for my appointment, was told I would need three other documents and an electric account number. Stayed in office and turned in the requested information immediately. Cut to two weeks later and my power was turned off AEP informed me that they never received the information from HEAP. So started a new account, had to borrow money for the new deposit, or else my kids would have been without power indefinitely since I was never provided with a customer number and cannot get calls to go through on the main line for heap. So I’ve been trying to call for days to give them my new account number for assistance and the message at 11:33 says they will be closed for lunch from noon until one and that they will reopen at one……just another department to let people and families down. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not helping those who are experiencing new disabilities.
The person I was with she was very nice. I enjoyed laughing with her. She got me all the way together thanks so much
Called me in to get my airconditioner, waited in line for a half hour just to be told I was not on the list and have to call back, I was on the phone for almost 3 hours the last time
The staff are so kind and caring. They assisted me in getting a free air conditioner to get through the extreme heat.
